Editorial Guidelines & Content Policy Last Updated:

December 11, 2025

To ensure high acceptance rates and maintain the quality of our network, all press release submissions must adhere to the following editorial standards.

1. General Content Standards

  • Newsworthy: Content must have genuine news value (e.g., product launch, partnership, milestone, event).
  • Objective Tone: Write in a third-person, neutral news style. Avoid "salesy" language, exclamation marks (!), or direct address ("You," "We").
  • Word Count: Word count limits may vary depending on the specific media outlet, but content generally ranges between 500-800 words. Content outside these limits may be edited for length.

2. Prohibited Categories (Strictly Rejected) We strictly do not accept content related to the following sectors on our standard network:

  • Casino & Gambling: Online betting, casinos, sports betting, and related activities.
  • Illegal Activities: Drugs, explosives, weapons, hacking/cracking.
  • Adult Content: Pornography, erotica, or sexually explicit materials.
  • Hate Speech: Content promoting discrimination, racism, or violence.
  • Fake News: Unverified claims, defamation, or libel.

3. Sensitive Categories (Requires Special Service) Certain industries are classified as "High Risk" or "Sensitive." You must NOT submit these under standard "General News" services. Please use the specific categories marked for these sectors in our panel:

  • Sectors: Cryptocurrency, Blockchain, NFT, Forex/Trading, CBD/Supplements, Medical Claims, Aesthetics, and Legal Litigation.
  • Warning: Submitting sensitive content to the wrong category will result in immediate rejection.

4. Links and Media

  • Link Limit: Maximum 1-3 links per article (depending on the specific media outlet).
  • Link Attribute: Editors reserve the right to change links to "Nofollow" or "Sponsored" attributes to comply with Google’s Spam Policies.
  • Anchor Text: We do not accept over-optimized commercial anchor texts (e.g., "Best cheap lawyer"). Links should look natural.

5. Editorial Discretion & Rights

  • Edits: Our editors and the media outlets reserve the right to edit headlines, body copy, and images to fit their style guide without prior approval.
  • Rejection: Media outlets have the final right of refusal. If a specific outlet rejects your release, GROWING BUSINESS CENTER LTD will provide an equivalent alternative for your approval.
  • No Refunds for Editorial Edits: Minor edits made by publishers to comply with their guidelines do not qualify for a refund.
