TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of all PR, media publication, press release distribution, content writing, editorial, consulting, and related services provided through the PRLINK NEWS platform (“Platform,” “We,” “Us,” “Service Provider”).

By placing an order on the Platform, all users (“Client”) confirm that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms.

1. SCOPE OF SERVICES

The Platform provides press release distribution, content creation, editorial services, PR packages, site-guaranteed pool publications, targeted placements, and consulting services on selected media outlets.

Details such as guaranteed visibility period, publication time, link type, and media list are specified in each service description.

2. ORDER PROCESS & COMMUNICATION

  • When placing an order, the Client must enter an active Telegram username in the Link field.
  • All official communication is conducted only through the verified Telegram account @BeNews.
  • The Client will be contacted within one business day after placing an order.
  • Contacting the Telegram account before placing an order is not considered valid support.

3. PUBLICATION GUARANTEE & TIMELINES

  • Each service specifies its own final guaranteed maximum publishing time.
  • Publications typically go live much earlier than the stated deadline.
  • Client-related delays (revision approval, missing information, incomplete forms, wrong visuals, etc.) may extend the timeline.
  • Approval delays caused by the Client are not included in the guaranteed time.

4. REJECTIONS, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

4.1 Reasons for Rejection

A media outlet may reject content for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Editorial guideline mismatch
  • Content subject, sector, brand, or spokesperson ineligibility
  • Sensitive or restricted topic
  • Inappropriate or low-quality visuals
  • Previously published or duplicated content
4.2 Options After Rejection

The Client may choose:

  • Full cancellation with balance refund
  • Approval of alternative media recommendations
  • Editorial service for revision & resubmission

5. CONTENT WRITING & ORIGINALITY POLICY

  • The Client may prepare their own content or purchase a content writing service.
  • The content must be 100% original.
  • Media outlets may permanently reject previously published or duplicated articles.
  • Premium Content includes newsroom-style research and generally achieves higher visibility.
  • If a revision requires Client approval, the Client must respond within 48 hours. After this period, the content is considered approved automatically.

6. VISUAL REQUIREMENTS

  • At least one landscape-oriented image is required for every publication.
  • Promotional or ad-style visuals are often rejected.
  • The ideal visual is a real person representing the brand, near a brand-related object, in a professional landscape photo.
  • The Client must upload two alternative images in the brief form.
  • Image source must be declared:
    Licensed image → submit license details
    Client-owned image → state “This image belongs to me”

Media outlets reserve the right to use their own images if necessary.

7. SENSITIVE & RESTRICTED CATEGORIES

  • Restricted categories are listed in each service description.
  • Publications in these categories require dedicated special services only.
  • Standard services do not accept sensitive topics.
  • For custom requests, the Client must open a support ticket with their Telegram username.

8. LINK POLICY

  • The link type (dofollow / nofollow / raw URL / brand mention / anchor text) is clearly stated in each service.
  • Link usage is determined entirely by the editorial rules of the media outlet.

9. GOOGLE NEWS POLICY

  • Appearance on Google News cannot be guaranteed.
  • News visibility is fully dependent on Google’s indexing behavior, timing, headline structure, and media outlet status.

10. SEO (SEARCH VISIBILITY) POLICY

  • Press publications can provide direct or indirect search visibility benefits.
  • However, the Platform is not a SEO agency.
  • The level of impact depends on multiple variables:
    Authority of the chosen media
    Link type
    Brand reputation
    Content structure
    Google’s own systems

Clients seeking SEO-specific guidance should consult a SEO specialist.

11. REPORTING

  • After publication, all live links are delivered to the Client via Telegram.
  • Panel-based reporting may not be available.
  • Over time, certain links may naturally expire or be removed; this is part of the PR industry’s nature.

12. PRICING, PAYMENTS & INVOICES

  • All prices displayed at checkout are final at the moment of purchase.
  • Prices may vary due to changes in media outlet costs.
  • Corporate Clients may request an invoice by providing the required billing information.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Platform is not responsible for:

  • Media outlets shutting down, being sold, or cleaning old articles
  • Google News visibility
  • Search engine ranking outcomes
  • Editorial decisions of third-party media outlets
  • Incorrect or missing information provided by the Client
  • Wrong visuals, unsuitable content, or incorrect category selection

14. SERVICE MODIFICATIONS & UPDATES

  • The Platform reserves the right to modify services, prices, timelines, packages, and these Terms when necessary.
  • Clients are responsible for keeping themselves updated on these changes.

15. VERIFIED COMMUNICATION ACCOUNT

All official communication is performed exclusively through:

16. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By placing an order on the Platform, the Client agrees that they have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms, which become legally binding upon purchase.
