Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing GROWING BUSINESS CENTER LTD ("we," "us," or "our"). We are committed to providing high-quality PR and media solutions. However, due to the nature of digital services and media placements, we maintain a strict refund policy to protect our operational integrity.


1. General Refund Rules By placing an order on our platform, you agree that:

  • Intangible Goods: Our services (Press Releases, Media Placements, Content Writing) are irrevocable digital goods. Once an order is marked as "Completed" or "Published," no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
  • Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind after the order has been processed or sent to the media outlet.

2. Rejection by Media Outlets We work with third-party publishers. In the event that a media outlet rejects your content:

  • We will provide an equivalent alternative media outlet for your approval.
  • If you decline the alternative, the full cost of the publication service will be refunded to your User Balance (Wallet) on our platform for future use.
  • Refunds to the original payment method (Credit Card/Bank) are only processed at the sole discretion of our management and are subject to transaction fee deductions.

3. Content Writing Services If you purchase our "Content Writing" service:

  • This fee is NON-REFUNDABLE once the draft has been delivered to you.
  • The fee covers the time and labor of our editorial team. Even if your press release is not published or if you decide to cancel the publication, the writing fee cannot be refunded.

4. Processing Time Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Delays caused by editorial reviews or public holidays do not automatically qualify for a refund unless the service remains undelivered for more than 30 business days.
